Lumi Kui Press takes great pains in the quality and care that goes into every order. Each item is made and packed with love and positive vibes (and anxiety) and I want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Please note that LKP does not accept returns or exchanges at this time. However, your satisfaction is my goal, so if there’s an issue with your order — such as nail sizes being too tight, extremely large, or if your items are damaged in transit — Do Not Hesitate to reach out to me. Preferably within 10 days of delivery.

I’ll be more than happy to work with you to make it right; whether that means helping you find the correct sizes, or sending replacements for any items that may have been damaged in transit.
